What’s your go-to tool for business analysis and why?
Personally, I love the combination of JIRA and Confluence. The integration between the two is seamless, and I find it incredibly easy to build a requirements repository in Confluence using its database functionality. Another favorite of mine is draw.io, which is integrated into Confluence and makes diagramming super intuitive. It’s been a game-changer when I need to quickly create process flows or models.
